Since 1988 Dokter has been involved in all facets of music making, distribution, music rights, events and technology. From the humble beginnings of pioneering as Da Juice and his Outland Studios in Amsterdam to global acceptance of his proprietary DJ Monitor Music Recognition Technology (MRT).
From 1995-2001, Dokter founded, grew and sold his successful Pulse Interactive to Nasdaq company XCEED for $13 million, paving the way for DJ Monitor in 2005. His new company is founded on an ideal of international transparency in collecting and distributing music rights through MRT, and has now become the leading global MRT company for the Live sector with offices around the world, including Amsterdam, London, Johannesburg, Melbourne, Barcelona, Tel Aviv, New York (2016) , Berlin (2016) and Sao Paulo (2016).
